Municipal flag of Chastre

The municipal flag of Chastre is blue with a semy of white billets and a yellow diagonal stripe (per bend).
The flag follows a proposal made by the Heraldry and Vexillology Council of the French Community, described in Armoiries communales en Belgique. Communes wallonnes, bruxelloises et germanophones as:
Bleu semé de billettes blanches et chargé d'une laize diagonale descendante jaune.

The flag is a banner of the arms of the family of Onyn. These arms form one of the two shields of the municipal arms. The two-shield municipal arms are shown on the municipal website; the first shield is "Argent five rhombs gules placed 1+3+1".

Former municipality of Cortil-Noirmont

[Flag of Cortil-Noirmont?]

Once two independent municipalities, Cortil and Noirmont were merged to form the municipality of Cortil-Noirmont by (Dutch) Royal Decree on 1 March 1822.

A very short, engimatic video available on YouTube, labelled Inauguration : Le drapeau (Inauguration: The flag) shows a flag pole with the Belgian national flag and, below, a vertically divided white-blue flag. The "Info" box of the video says "Cortil-Noirmont" and nothing else.
The flag might be the flag of the former municipality of Cortil- Noirmont, but there is no other evidence of this assignment.
