Horizontally striped, blue-white-red-white-blue, ratio approximately 4-1-1-1-4, with a white triangle extending from the hoist bearing the municipal arms.

Official website at http://www.saolourencodosul.rs.gov.br shows the flag with the white triangle at the fly - likely a rendering of the reverse.
