In the Codex of Legislation of Republic of Belarus (N
1, 19.02.2004, Section First, Decrees and orders of the
President of Republic of Belarus) is published (1/5305 on
12.02.2004 ) the Decree of the President of Republic of Belarus
on February, 9, number 60 About establishment of official
heraldic symbols of administratively - territorial units of
Region of Vitebsk.
This decree has established coats of arms and flags of
Vitebsk-city, and of settlements of Vidzy and Druya in District
of Braslav and Kopys in District of Orsha; of coats of arms of
Disna-city in District of Mior, settlements of Vetrino in
District of Polotsk, Podsvilie in District of Gluboksky and
of Ulla in District of Beshenkovichy.
Here is the - flag of settlement of Vidzy in District of Braslav
in Region of Vitebsk.
