A flag of Municipality of County of Colchester, Nova Scotia, Canada is shown at here. Note that the county flag is reversed. As far as I can see, the flag is white with a saltire in blue, the county arms in the centre and inscriptions "COLCHESTER" above and "COUNTY" below the arms.
