Ilmars Bite pointed out the French Wikipedia is website displaying a new (at least to me) purported flag of the Inuit: http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Galerie_des_drapeaux_ethniques. This flag was supplied by one Spiridon Manoliu as "Flag of Inuit people (drapeau Inuit (non-officiel))"

Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami (ITK) is the national Inuit organization in Canada, representing four Inuit regions: Nunatsiavut (Labrador), Nunavik (northern Quebec), Nunavut, and the Inuvialuit Settlement Region in the Northwest Territories.
