Saint-Blaise

Impalled, dexter Gules Saint Blasius clad Argent adorned Or holding a Crosier Or and a Comb Sable, and sinister per fess Azure a Cross Or and Argent a Mill Wheel Sable.
Wondering if this Saint Blaise is the same saint shown on the flags of Dubrovnik/Ragusa. Quite possibly, but there the attribute is the city itself instead of the comb.
