About the flag

For La Serena, Jaume Ollé's Flag report #5 [frp] mentionned a white flag with logo (coat-of-arms in full colors with three red stars and name of the municipality), (source : departamento de Comunicaciones de La Serena) but it looks like the city does not use the same symbols anymore. Its symbols are shown at the website.
