From Exner's VexLex97 the flag of Kunštát (Blansko, South Moravian
region, Czechia), adopted 7 May 1997. The seven items on top of the highest
black bar are feathers, see the coat of arms at this
webpage.

It is an extraordinarily interesting flag - as it includes the items
from Coat of Arms that are not situated in the shield. Possibly the first case in
the Czech (only?) vexillology.
