Shield Or, a branch of oak and of beech in saltire, both Vert and fruited Gules, issuant from base a triplemount Vert.
Meaning:
On 1 January 1971 the municipalities of Hegenlohe and Thomashardt merged. The branches are taken from the former arms, each one representing a former municipality. The branches are also alluding to the local Schurwald, a forest. The mount is symbolising the local topography.
