Grasbrunn Coat of Arms

Description of coat of arms:
In the red shield is a golden (= yellow) well house flanked by two silver (= white) lozenges.
Meaning:
The well house is a canting element alluding to the suffix "-brunn" and is an image of the well in the centre of Grasbrunn, which had been replaced in 1899 by new water works. The lozenges are taken from the arms of provost Konrad Sachsenhauser (1320-1346) of Schäftlarn, who acquired market rights for the settlement core of Keferloh.

Banner and coat of arms were approved on 27 July 1970 by Bavarian ministry of interior. The banner should however be yellow - red.
