Shield parted per fess; above parted per pale, at dexter Or hammer and mallet Sable in saltire, at sinister Sable three grain ears Or in fan; beneath Azure a fish Argent.
Meaning:
Hammer and mallet on a silver quarter, and a fish, however embowed haurient, had already been in the arms of the county of Mansfelder Seekreis (1816 - 1950), referring to copper mining and the name giving local lakes. The grain ears are probably representing agriculture.
