Description of current flag:
The ratio is 3:5. The flag is bendily divided into yellow - blue - yellow. In other words: The sheet is yellow superimposed by rectangular triangles in the lower hoist and upper fly corner. Their height is Å“ of total height. In the centre of the yellow stripe is the coat of arms.

Description of coat of arms:
The shield is blue superimposed by a silver (=white) wavy pale on the dexter side. On the sinister side is a golden (=yellow), rampant bear armed silver(=white) with a collar and a lasso also silver (=white).
