Shield parted per pale, at dexter Gules a gate tower Argent, at sinister Or a beaver rampant Sable, armed and tailed Argent and tongued Gules.
Meaning:
Aubstadt was first mentioned in 1132. The beaver (German: Bieber) is taken from the arms of the Barons of Bibra, local rulers since 1317. The possessed the Schützenmühle, a watermill, as a fiefdom until 1803. The gate is a local landmark. The tinctures red and white are alluding to the Bishopric of Würzburg, to which the region historically belonged.
