Name: Bremer Ruder-Club "Hansa" (1879/1883) e.V.

The flag is white with a red centred cross and black capital letters "B"(upper hoist), "R"(upper fly), "C" (lower hoist) and "H" (lower fly). The centre of the cross is superimposed by a red-edged
white shield with a red Bremen key (coat of arms of Bremen inverted) crossed with a red oar.

The flag was a horizontal red-white bicolour. The white canton was charged with a white disc in a red 8-point star and displaying a red Bremen key (coat of arms of Bremen inverted).

Description of flag:
It is a 8-stripe version of the flag of the city of Bremen with a blue canton with the white inscription "B.R.V."1st row) "v. 1882" (2nd row, a bit smaller).
The pennant is white with a rec bordure and a Hanseatic cross, i.e. a red cross patty at hoist.

The flag was white, alongside hoist and top were two 5-stripes Bremen streamers, the chequered parts overlapping one another. In lower fly was a black serifed inscription: "DRC" (1st line, bigger) "1930" (2nd line). The club joined Bremer Ruderverein von 1882 after WW2.

The club was established as Post-Sportverein Bremen. When German mail withdraw its sponsoring, the club renamed itself on 1 January 2008.

Description of pennant:
It is a yellow pennant, divided by a narrow horizontal dark blue line. The logo of the club is shifted to the hoist. The logo is a yellow circle cotized blue with a dark blue inscription "BSC" (sinister-bendy formation), the "S" is superimposing a dark blue key.

It is a flag divided by saltire into white and blue.. In the centre of the flag is the logo. It is the same like that one of "BSC" but having a "PSB" instead, and the figures are black.

The club has a rowing and a sailing department as well. The pennant is blue with a white bordure and the white cross patty from the arms of Bremen's borough of Vegesack shifted to hoist.
