The flag of San Vicente de la Barquera, a town locatedvery near the border with Asturias, as seen in August 2000, is vertically divided light blue-white-light blue with the municipal arms on the middle stripe.
Eduardo Panizo reported both the flag with seal-like arms as the former flag and the flag with the cartouche as current.
