The flag of the Real Sociedad de Fútbol (more commonly known as Real Sociedad) can be seen here: here (website). The club's flag is horizontal, with four horizontal blue equal-sized stripes, and three horizontal white equal-sized stripes, with the club's CoA in the middle.

Besides the centennial flag with the "REAL 100 1909-2009" motto, of which several thousand units were sold al local kiosks, the club also used an official flag with only "1909-2099" written on the same design. See here and here.
