Presentation of Valence

Valence (70,000 inhabitants; 110,000 including outskirts) is the préfecture of the department of Drôme, located on the river Rhône between Lyon and Marseilles, Valence is the main city of the Rhône valley.

The flag of Valence is vertically divided white-red with the municipal coat of arms placed in the middle.

Cercle de la Voile de Valence

The burgee of the Cercle de la Voile de Valence is a triangular flag horizontally divided red-white-red-white-red-white-red. The upper and lower white stripes seem to be thinner than the central one.
Red and white are the municipal colours of Valence.
