Libreville - A white flag, "S" consisting of green top, yellow center, blue bottom, separated by white spaces; on yellow 8-pointed yellow star with blue petals.
(The "S" has the colors of the Gabon-flag; the "star" is
a reconstruction by me - it could also be a flower of some kind.)

The full name of SONATRAM can be translated as National Company of (or for)
Sea Transport, or maybe even shortly as National Shipping Line.
