The flag and arms of Khoni are prescribed by Decree No. 19, adopted on 14 April 2011 by the Municipal Council.

The flag is quartered green-blue-green-blue by a red, off-centered cross outlined in white. The yellow armoured glove from the coat of arms is placed in the center of the cross.<
