About the flag

The Municipality of Bălţi in Moldova got its new flag and coat of arms on 22.05.2006. The coat of arms is shown on the stamp issued for the Celebration of 585 years of the city. The flag is shown on the FDC (First Day Cover). It is white over blue with the small arms in the middle. You can see them here http://balti.discutforum.com/sutra95-cu-orasul-Balti.htm
