A while back, António Teixeira sent to Lusovex a logo and wrote:
Here is the logo of the Instituto Superior de Ciencias e Tecnologia
de Moçambique, or ISCTEM, a private institution for superior teaching located
in Maputo. I can say that I've already seen the emblem being used in the
institute's flag, centered on a white flag. The emblem can be seen at this
website. The Portuguese meaning of ISCTEM can be translated as being the Superior
Institute of Sciences and Technology of Mozambique.
