Since 1625 a triband white-green-white has been in use, but has never been adopted officially. Groningen Seaports

Groningen Seaports, a port authority in N.E. Netherlands, present themselves:
http://www.groningen-seaports.com/index_english.php

“Groningen Seaports is the port authority of two seaports, the ports of Delfzijl and Eemshaven. Next to that Groningen Seaports manages two inner harbours, Farmsumerhaven and Oosterhornhaven. Groningen Seaports provides full port services ranging from logistic services to the provision of high quality industrial and business sites in both port areas.”

Click the various ports sections at end of page to get details; at the very end another partner, Groningen Railport (terminal), is mentioned. Whereas Delfzijl was already mentioned in the 16th century, Eemshaven was inaugurated in 1973.

Although various business parks and the like have logos of their own – which might grace a flag – this message only concerns Groningen Seaports proper, the logo of which appears at head of page: blue in colour, it consists of lower case initials “s” and “p” placed in italic conjunction.
