Watersportvereniging BRU, Bruinisse, Zeeland province, after image on
this
website - burgee yellow over blue, divided per
wave; on yellow a blue dolphin. One can consider this canting, as one
Dutch name for dolphins is "bruinvis" (porpoise, sea-hog).
Club founded 15 Apr 1967, near the Grevelingenmeer.

"Bru", Bruinisse. I was a member once, and the fish in the burgee was
brown the, not blue, which makes it really canting (Dutch "bruinvis"
= "brown fish" - porpoise - "Bruinisse" would translate in "Brown
is she", so the porpoise is female as well).

Originally the club had a white flag and burgee with three narrow wavy
stripes, on which a square with the municipal flag. Somewhere in the 1970's
the new burgee was taken into use - I don't know whether they use a flag
as well.
