Description of the flag

I received already infos from Peru: 12 departamental flags (including La Libertad), 3 regional flags, and many district flags. Unfortunately these infos will be available in my bulletin [frp] only in 2001 (next millenium), including Peruvian regions, departments and provinces.

On line, at the Da Vinci school website, it says:

Ceremonia de Izamiento del Pabellón Nacional, donde su Director General, el Dr. Alberto Escudero Casquino fue el encargado de izar la Bandera de la Región

meaning «National Ensign »(sic!)« Hoisting Cerimony, where its General Director Dr. Alberto Escudero Casquino was commissioned with the hoisting of the Region’s Flag». This was set in Trujillo, on 2005.11.07, and confirms that there is a regional flag in La Libertad region.
