Description

Lennar Corporation is a home builder and real estate company based in Miami, Florida. Founded in 1954 as F&R Builders, the company changed its name to Lennar Corporation in 1971, playing on the first names of its founders: Leonard Miller and Arnold Rosen. By 2017, Lennar had become the largest homebuilder in the United States, operating in 21 of 50 states. (https://www.lennar.com and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lennar_Corporation)

There are several Lennar housing projects in Spotsylvania County, Virginia, at you can see the Lennar flag flying at those sites. The flag is a simple one, showing the corporate name-logo ("LENNAR®") in white capital letters on a blue field.
