An image of the flag of Watermark obtained from https://www.facebook.com/MarylandStateFireMarshal/photos/2554496157922767 shows it to be red with the company name inscribed in white.
Watermark is a tour company in Annapolis, MD. A similar brand can be seen at https://watermarkjourney.com/

The flag features the company's word logo in white on a red field, and the inclusion of the registered trademark symbol (®) in white between the word logo and the fly edge of the flag. I used the shade of red from the logo displayed on the company's website as the field color.

Paul was also correct that Watermark is a cruise and water taxi service, originally established as Chesapeake Marine Tours in 1972, according to the company's website (https://watermarkjourney.com/about-watermark). The website also includes several other photographs of the company's flag in use aboard its various vessels.
