Flag uncertain

I have posted a flag image showing a black field with the logo in green and blue centered, but I cannot confirm that the city uses that flag. I've found no image of a black flag other than on the website of the graphic designer of the city's logo: https://alariedesign.com/all-natural-branding/. I suspect that if the city has a flag, it would be of the logo on a white background.
