Description of the flag

I don't think this flag is official, but this proposal (dark blue with coat of arms and name in red "gothic" letters above it) was seen at http://home.nclink.net/ramzilla/2countyflag.htm (no longer active). The official coat of arms is indeed the one used on the proposal. You may see it at the county's website, at www.co.craven.nc.us/.
