Description of the flag

The Burlington County flag was adopted on 24 May 1955.

On this postcard found on eBay, it says on the reverse side that the flag of Burlington County was designed by Charles V. Dickinson at the request of the Board of County Commissioners during his tenure as its director (before 2020 titled the "Board of Chosen Freeholders").
