Description

The Portland Flag Association Municipal Flag Improvement pages reports a 2013 attempt to change the flag of Philadelphia: portlandflag.org. It refers to a page at www.phillyvoice.com which depicts a design showing the Liberty Bell - capped with a keystone - over a stripe symbolizing the Declaration of Independence.
