Description of the flag

While traveling around the St. Louis, Missouri, area recently, I drove past a local Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) office. Flying outside the main building, along with the American and Missouri flags, was the MoDOT flag.

The flag of the Missouri Department of Transportation is dark blue with the MoDOT logo in white centered inside a white, rounded rectangle that acts as an orle.
