Overview

According to <vargas-vargas.gov.ve>, the municipality of Vargas (Capital: Vargas) use the same flag and Coat of Arms as the state of Vargas.

Vargas Municipality of Vargas State doesn’t have flag and Coat of Arms. Probably the website included the flag of Vargas State to fill the space until data will be provided about the municipal flag as seen also in another cases.
